Our Services

We provide accurate & relevant content to your customers about your local business, if you are in a business such as a restaurant, cafe, pub, lounge & other types of social establishments that specializes on selling food & beverage.

We provide features that enables you to interact, trade & engage with your customers.

Allowing your business to post content to customers, showing your products or services, & what you do. Giving you the freedom to express your business & share the content on & off the platform.

Provide you with the opportunity to request & get a review about your product or service.

Social proof. This is the cherry on top. You get to know what others, who've used your product and service think or feel about it.

We are constantly improving & making changes to the platform to improve our services. This means that these terms may change from time to time. However, you will be informed when those changes take effect.

The Use of Vib'Star

The sole use of this platform is growth amongst communities. This means that everything is ranked by its community or people that used it.

This is achieved by people promoting or depromoting a product or service based on satisfactory rate.

Business License

You are permitted to use this platform and given a license for business when you:

• have created a Vib'Star user & business account, & also adhere to our terms of use.
• Submit legal business documents & proof of business ownership such as an Identity Document.
• If you are added as a member by the business owner.

Your permit to this business license is terminated by deleting your business account(s) or removed from a business account manager.

Our Terms

You are permitted to use this platform if you adhere to these terms:

• Provide accurate information.
• You cannot use the platform for anything illegal, anauthorized, & fraudulent for any purpose.
• You can not use offensive or harmful language, speech, tone or content.
• Respect intellectual property rights of others.
• Do not reproduce, distribute, sell, license, alter, or modify any part of our services.
• You are liabile for what your business account does. Therefore, keep your account protected & keep your password unique, strong, & private, at all times.

Your Permissions

In order for this platform to operate, we need some permissions from you.

• Content: The content you upload on the platform remain yours and we do not claim it. However, by submiting your content to this platform, that gives us gives the right or license to use, modify or alter & publish your content on & off this plaform. All in the purpose of promoting and growing the platform & in most cases your business.
• Grants: Some of this content may be covered by intellectual property rights. But, we are permitted by you, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use the content.
• Data: We collect data from you & your device. We use your information to operate & we are permitted by you to do so. How we collect, handle, & use this data is covered on our Privacy Policy.

Accounts

You create a Vib'Star Bussiness account by giving us your business details and agreeing to our policies.

You need a Vib'Star personal account to create a business account.

You can terminate your businsess account(s) any time. This terminates your Vib'Star business license & terms as well.

We may suspend or terminates accounts of bussiness who are failing to comply with these terms.

Trade Policy

Vib'Star is a trade platform. We trade goods & services, & we have a standard way of doing so.

• We use cash for payment & Rand (R) as currency.
• By responding to an order on a customer, means you agree to service the customer.

Disclaimer

We do not promise users anything about your product or service. We do not guarantee customers that the product or service you selling is safe, secure or will work perfectly all the time. However, we do ensure that you are permitted by law to sell that product or service.

We do not have full controll on what users or businesses say, comment or upload on the platform. Hence we do not take liability for actions taken by them in the platform.

As we use cash, we do not guarantee your business that the user will pick & pay an order. However we ensure that we give users credit statuses or scores based on their order history & give you the freedom to choose what kind of user you want, based on their statuses.

This platform contains links to external websites. These links are mostly linked by users or businesses on the platform. Even though we ensure that these links are http(s) (for secure web browsing), we do not guarantee if the website is, & we have no controll of what the website does to you, or your device. Ensure you follow links to popular known & safe websites.

Limit of Liabilities

Permitted by law, Vib'Star shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, consequential damages
• Personal & financial damages.
• Loss of profits or revenues, tangible or intingible losess, directly or indirectly.
