This Policy represents all marchants selling on this platform.
The Policy is as follows:
Unintended Alleges:
Please note: You are encouraged add food ingredients you are allegic to on your Allegies List on your profile. If not, you may add them on your order description when placing an order, it will automatically be saved to your Allegies List.
You may make refund claims if you suffer from an allegy caused by a product purchased on this platform,. To make claims, check these conditions:
- If the food ingredient causing the allegy is listed on your Allegies List,
- If the food ingredient causing the allegy is NOT mentioned on the product description of the product you have purchased.
- If the the current time is within 48 hours from order purchase.
If you meet all of these conditions, you have all the rights to claim your refund.
Ensure you contact the merchant immediately through their customer cell number to inform them about the incident. Furthermore, file a Refund claim by fill the refund form from you order or order review. This will go directly to us and the marchant. The marchant will have an option to accept claim upon your refund claim request. If the marchant does not accept your refund claim, we will look into your refund claim. If we accept your refund claim, this mean the marchant has to refund you. Failure to do so, the marchant's business profile will be discredited on the platform.
Product Dissatisfacton
- Pick your orders on time to avoid dissatisfacton.
- - You are advised to check the product you haved purchased before leaving the marchant's premises. If you see foul or an error, you can quickly address it to the order mananger. If it is a take away, and you have not checked you product before leaving the marchant's premises, claim a refund or exchange by filling in the refund policy on the order or review.
- - If you do not like the taste of the product you have purchased, you not have rights to claim a refund or exchange.
- Dissatisfacton refund claims are accepable within 24 hours from order date and time.
